What data we process

When you use the service, we process technical log data, such as your IP address, to keep the service running correctly and securely.

Cars you save are stored only in your own browser, not on our servers. We do not use analytics or tracking cookies.

Data in car listings

maksimi.fi compiles and displays data from car listings published in Finland. Listings may contain personal data, such as the seller's name or the vehicle's registration number. This data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest, in order to provide a car information service. If you would like data concerning you removed or corrected, contact info@maksimi.fi.

Processors and disclosures

We do not sell personal data. The service's technical providers process data on our behalf to deliver the service. Data may be disclosed to authorities where required by law.

Retention period

Technical log data is retained only for as long as necessary for the service to run correctly and securely. Cars saved in your browser are removed when you clear your browser data.

Your rights

You have the right to access data concerning you, request its correction or deletion, restrict or object to its processing, and lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman. Requests: info@maksimi.fi.

This notice may be updated as the service develops. Significant changes will be announced in the service.
